Objective:To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of pressure ulcer in ICU patients. Methods:30 patients with ICU who received treatment in our hospital from December 2015 to June in our hospital were studied. The evidence-based nursing was carried out for all the patients, and the quality of nursing and clinical effect of the patients were analyzed. Results:after the evidence-based nursing, no new pressure ulcers, the original pressure ulcers were controlled and cured. Conclusion:the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of pressure ulcer in ICU can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers and control the development of pressure ulcers, effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of clinical care.%目的：探究ICU患者压疮预防中应用循证护理的临床价值。方法：抽取2015年12月--2016年6月在我院接受救治的30例ICU患者进行临床研究，对所有患者均进行循证护理，分析患者的护理质量及临床疗效。结果：患者经循证护理后，无新发压疮，原有压疮得到控制并治愈。结论：ICU患者在压疮预防中可应用循证护理，可有效预防压疮发生和控制压疮的发展，有效降低了并发症的发生率，提高临床护理质量。
