Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on hemiplegic patients undergoing artiifcial hip joint replacement. Methods:Totals of 86 patients undergoing artiifcial hip joint replacement from May 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups as the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=43).Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing, while ones in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention. After that, scores of Harris was recorded and compared between them. Results:There was no difference in the scores of Harris after the nursing intervention for 3 months. After 6 months and 12 months ,scores of Harris in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and differences had statistical signiifcances between them(P<0.05). Conclusion:early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients undergoing artiifcial hip joint replacement could effectively relieve their pain, rebuild the function of hip joint and signiifcantly improve the activity of daily living, which would be in favor to promote the process of rehabilitation.%目的：探讨早期康复护理干预对人工髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2015年5月～2016年4月我科行人工髋关节置换术的患者86例，随机分为对照组（45例）和观察组（43例），对照组患者行常规护理干预，观察组实施早期康复护理干预，比较两组患者在3个月、6个月和12个月的Harris评分情况。结果经过护理3个月后，两组患者的Harris评分无明显差别（P＞0.05）；6个月和12个月后，观察组患者的Harris评分明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对人工髋关节置换术患者实施早期康复护理干预可以有效缓解患者的疼痛症状，重建髋关节功能，改善患者的日常生活能力，有利于康复的进程。
