临床护理路径管理模式在骨科护理带教中的应用与体会

         

摘要

目的:研究并分析临床护理路径管理模式在骨科护理带教中的应用与效果.方法:将2014年2月—2015年2月在我科室实习的52名护生纳入到本研究,按照带教方式的不同将52例护士生分为临床路径组(n=26)以及对照组(n=26),对于对照组26例护生,采用传统带教模式,对于临床路径组,采用临床护理路径管理模式,结束后,对比两组考核结果.结果:考核成绩显示,临床路径组在理论知识、操作技能与实践水平评分上,均显著优于对照组,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:护理实践教学属于护理带教工作中的有机组成部分,也是培养护生综合能力的重要部分,将临床路径管理模式应用在骨科带教活动中,可以明晰教学目标,提升护生的创新能力和实践能力,从而达到培养他们综合能力的作用,该种带教模式值得在临床带教工作中推广和使用.%Objective: To study and analyze the application and effect of clinical nursing pathway management model in nursing teaching in Department of orthopedics. Methods: 52 nursing students in our department were included in this study in February~2015 in February 2014. According to the different teaching methods, 52 cases were divided into clinical pathway group(n=26)and control group(n=26). Results: the results showed that the clinical pathway group in the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and practical level score, were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: nursing practice teaching is an important part of nursing teaching work, and it is also an important part of cultivating nursing students' comprehensive ability. The clinical pathway management mode is applied in the teaching activities in Department of orthopedics.
