目的:探讨护理干预对于危重神经介入患者家属的心理状况、心理需要的临床价值.方法:选择2014年2月到2015年5月期间在我院接受治疗的39例危重神经介入患者的家属100例为研究对象,分析其心理状况、心理需要,采取合理有效的护理措施进行干预.结果:患者的主要心理状况为震惊、否认、沮丧、抱怨、自责、无助、绝望等消极心理状态,对治疗效果过高的治疗期望,对患者的抵触以及对医护人员的敌对与不理解.由此产生了希望患者生命安全、能及时获取疾病信息、守护患者身边照顾、获得社会支持、推卸责任等心理需求.结论:针对患者家属的心理特点和需求,采取了增强责任感和专业技能、真诚沟通、心理疏导、及时提供疾病信息、允许家属陪护、寻求社会支持、开展临终抚慰教育等护理干预,获得了较好的临床效果.%objective: to explore nursing intervention for patients with severe nerve involved in family members of the clinical value of psychology, the psychological need. Methods: from February 2014 to May 2014 treated in our hospital during the period of 39 cases severe nerve involvement in patients with the families of the 100 cases as the research object, analyzing their psychology and psychological needs, take reasonable and effective nursing measures to intervene. Results: the main psychological status of the patients was shock, denial, frustration, complaints, remorse, helplessness, despair, and other negative psychological status, treatment effect of the treatment of high expectations, the resistance of patients and the medical staff of the enemy and don't understand. Creating hope to timely access to patients' life safety, disease information, and protect the bedside care, access to social support, such as psychological needs responsibility. Conclusion: according to patients' families psychological characteristics and requirements, to enhance the sense of responsibility and professional skills, sincere communication, psychological counseling, timely provide information about disease, allowing family carers, seeking social support, to carry out the final comfort nursing intervention of education, obtained the good clinical effect.
