The invention is aimed at providing a comprehensive assessment of the state of an employee (patient) using telemetry information in a medical examination system, and at identifying clinical signs of functional disorders that impede the performance of work duties. Said technical result is achieved by provision of a package that contains devices made in the form of sensors for measuring, inputting and reading signals, parameters and data of graphic, acoustic, textual, pyrometric, spectroscopic information, and coordinate devices using computer vision technology to control color change parameters of skin and mucous tissues in the areas of the face, temperature of the skin surface, composition of exhaled air, sensorimotor reaction, motor activity, psychoemotional and mental state, as well as clinical signs of alcohol and drug intoxication, using combined lighting to assess skin color and perfusion of blood vessels of the face, a processor connected thereto for processing the recorded parameters, containing a computer program designed to determine clinical signs that impede the performance of labor duties and provide recommendations to a medical professional. A method for determining clinical signs that impede the performance of functional duties of an employee (patient) using software telemetric technologies comprises registration of color change of skin and mucous tissues, mental activity, vegetovascular reactions, motor activity disorders, assessment of the obtained data, their analysis and development of recommendations in the decision-making support system, wherein the registration of parameters is carried out in remote interaction with a medical professional.
