Objective to investigate the value of the diagnosis of breast conserving surgery for breast cancer, and to ensure the rationality of the treatment plan. Methods the clinical data of 79 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results all of the 79 cases were negative, and 4 cases of axillary lymph node were positive, and all patients were treated with breast conserving surgery successfully. The patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years, the local recurrence rate was 7.6%, the survival rate was 96.2%. Conclusion pathological diagnosis is not only able to provide a basis for the choice of surgical treatment for breast conserving surgery, but also can provide a basis for evaluating the prognosis of patients with high clinical application value.%目的:探讨病理诊断在乳腺癌保乳手术治疗选择中的价值,保证治疗方案的合理性.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的经手术病理证实的79例乳腺癌患者的临床资料.结果:本组79例患者切缘病理检查均为阴性,4例腋窝淋巴结病理检查阳性,均顺利完成保乳手术治疗,术后患者对乳房外观满意.术后对患者随访1~3年,随访期内局部复发率为7.6%,生存率为96.2%.结论:病理诊断不仅能够为保乳手术治疗方案的选择提供依据,还能够对患者的预后评价提供依据,具有较高的临床应用价值.
