To understand the state of the implementation of learning analytics technology in Europe and America and make a scientific and effective policy for learning analytics,JRC published Research Evidence on the Use of Learning Analytics Technology.The report introduces the typical tools,the typical application cases and policies about learning analytics,and analyzes the future development direction of European learning analysis technology.Based on the in-depth interpretation of the report,the paper gives a brief introduction of the 10 typical tools that are selected in terms of years of use and influence.In combination with practice level,practice field and practical object,10 representative typical cases are selected for introduction.And the paper conducts the key issues and future priorities of the development.Finally,based on the current situation and development demands of learning analytics in China,the paper proposes five suggestions for the development of learning analytics in China.%为了解学习分析技术在欧美地区的应用现状,制订科学、有效的学习分析技术推进政策,JRC发布了《学习分析技术应用调查报告》.报告介绍了目前学习分析技术的典型工具、典型应用案例和各地区的支持政策,分析了欧洲学习分析技术的未来发展方向.在深度解读报告的基础上,文章依据学习分析技术软件使用年限和影响力筛选出十个典型工具进行简要介绍;在实践层次、实践领域、实践对象等方面筛选出十个具有代表性的典型案例进行介绍;梳理学习分析技术现阶段发展的重点问题和未来的工作重点.最后针对我国学习分析技术领域的发展现状与发展诉求提出五点建议,以期为我国学习分析技术领域的研究和发展提供借鉴.
