我国残疾人就业影响因素的实证研究

         

摘要

Promoting employment of persons with disabilities is not only a means to guarantee their rights, but also an important path of their social integration. Based on the 2015 national basic services for the disabled status and special survey data in a province, the basic demographic variables, family characteristics of the disabled and social environment factors are analyzed of the impact on employment for the disabled. The study has found that the higher the disability level, the lower the employment probability of the disabled; the higher the level of education, the greater the possibility of employment; providing a certain amount of poverty alleviation through employment for persons with disabilities will help them find jobs, etc. Accordingly, some policy suggestions are put forward to strengthen the rehabilitation, increase investment in special education, and carry out vocational guidance and training for persons with disabilities.%促进残疾人就业,不仅能保障残疾人的劳动权利,而且是残疾人融入社会的重要途径.基于某省2015年全国残疾人基本服务状况与专项调查数据,文章分析了残疾人基本人口学特征、家庭特征、社会环境等变量对残疾人就业的影响.研究发现:残疾程度越重,残疾人就业可能性越低;受教育程度越高,残疾人就业的可能性越大;提供就业扶贫将有助于实现残疾人就业等.据此提出需加强残疾人康复、加大对特殊教育投入、开展残疾人职业指导与培训的政策建议.
