Poverty alleviation in our country currently has come into the crucial period of overall precise alleviation. As a crucial destitute area, Wuling mountain areas have been concentrated as a representative sample. By combing the situation of precise anti-poverty policy for the disabled in Guizhou, this study analyses the characteristics of poverty reduction policy for the disabled such as implementing subject, content and process of policy implementation. Also it finds that there is uniformity of policy subject, solidification of policy content and lack of personalized and special support for enforcing precise poverty alleviation. Therefore, to solve these problems, it needs to give full play to village and town committees and enterprises as well. Also, it’s necessary to innovate poverty alleviation policy, and optimize enforcement mechanism, and take fairness into consideration. At the same time, special attention should be given to poverty alleviation work for the disabled with special difficulties in order to ensure they are fully out of poverty.%当前我国扶贫工作进入全面精准脱贫攻坚时期，武陵山区集中连片特困地区作为攻坚重点区域，具有代表性。通过对贵州省残疾人精准扶贫情况的梳理，分析残疾人脱贫政策在实施主体、政策实施内容和政策实施过程的特征，发现目前仍存在着政策主体单一、政策内容固化、政策实施过程难以精准、实施机制缺乏个性化和特殊扶持等问题。要解决这些问题以完善精准扶贫政策，要充分发挥村支两委、乡镇企业的作用；创新脱贫政策，优化实施机制；还应做到兼顾公平，侧重特殊困难残疾人的脱贫工作，确保残疾人贫困户全部脱贫。
