Disabled children rehabilitation work has achieved rapid development in our country. From the national level to promote a rehabilitation and subsidy system for disabled children, based on the relevant policies of Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other places have been introduced, we are thinking from the nature of the system and the orientation, content and subsidies, rehabilitation and institutions three aspects, summing up the experience of these provinces, aiming to develop a scientific and sustainable rehabilitation and subsidy system to provide the reference for the disabled children.%我国残疾儿童康复工作已取得长足发展，为推动从全国层面出台残疾儿童康复补贴制度，本文依据北京、山东、江苏、浙江、广东等地已出台的相关政策，从制度性质与定位、康复内容与补贴、康复对象与机构三方面进行思考，总结各地制度建设的经验教训，为制定科学、可持续的残疾儿童康复补贴制度提供参考。
