日本的康复事业于1945年开始发展，迄今已有70年历史。介护保险制度、完善的康复服务体系、相关法律保障为老年人享受康复服务、安度晚年提供了重要的多重保障。在“医养结合”大背景下，通过对日本老龄残疾人康复服务的分析研究，为发展我国老龄残疾人康复事业尤其是基于社区的老龄残疾人康复和护理服务提供借鉴。%Japanese rehabilitation industry began in 1945 and has had a 70-year-long history. Its nursing insurance system, sound rehabilitation service and relevant laws for the elderly to enjoy the services and comfort provide important and multiple securities and complete the transition of the specialization of aged disabled rehabilitation service. Drawing on the Japanese experience, under the background of “combination of medical care and support” policy and through the analysis on the rehabilitation system of Japanese aged disabled, this article offers proposals on how to further develop Chinese aged disabled rehabilitation system, especially in terms of the development of the system based on communities. It can provide good references for promoting a healthy development of the aging industry in China.
