残疾人就业能力的结构模型及现状分析

         

摘要

The authors conducted a survey on the current employment capability situation of 3,098 disabled persons by online questionnaire. Then the authors set up a structure model of the disabled employment capability, in nine dimensions including language competence, teamwork ability, psychological capital, responsibility, self-management ability, learning and adapting ability, independence, computer skill and initiative. The results showed that employment capability of the disabled is generally higher in dimensions of responsibility, teamwork ability and initiative, but self-management ability and independence are scored lowest. Additionally, different demographic characteristics of the disabled have different employability.%通过网络在线填写问卷的方式对3098名残疾人就业能力现状的调查。明确了残疾人就业能力的结构模型,通过从语言表达能力、团队合作能力、心理资本、责任心、自我管理能力、学习和适应能力、独立性、计算机操作能力、主动性九个维度进行分析。结果显示,残疾人责任心、团队合作、主动性得分较高,独立性和自我管理得分较低;不同人口学特点的残疾人就业能力不同。
