就业问题作为一直困扰视力残疾人群体的重要问题，在工业化和信息化时代这一新形势下变得更为严重。视力残疾人面临严峻的就业形势、狭窄的就业渠道、偏低的就业层次以及较差的就业效果等多重困境，应当加强研究与探索，借鉴国外先进理念与作法，从心理辅导、教育培训、设施建设、政策支持以及社会帮助等多方面着手，大力促进视力残疾人在新形势下更好地就业，从而改善其生存状况，参与创造和共享社会发展成果。% The visually impaired disabled people have been faced with big challenge in job hunting for a long time, which becomes even more serious under the era of industrialization and IT utilization. This paper analyzed multiple employment troubles for the visually impaired disabled people: the severe employment situation, the narrow channels and choices and relative lower employment grade. By comparing the legal policies at home and abroad set for employment of the visually impaired groups, and learning advanced concepts from foreign countries, the paper proposed to promote the employment of visually impaired disabled people, through psychological consultation, education and training, facility construction, policy support and social assistance. It will be helpful to improve their living conditions and participate in and share social development fruit.
