In the early stages of acquired disabilities, individuals will be faced with enormous changes in physical condition, family relation, social relation, income and social status, etc. These series of changes will directly affect their thoughts, actions and interior psychological activities. Proper mental intervention should be given based on psychological features at this stage. It will help them adapt to new conditions, correctly understand disability and face the reality as soon as possible. Therefore, they can actively receive rehabilitation training, participate in activities and smoothly return to family and society.
