一种合成树脂堵漏材料在塔河油田的应用

         

摘要

According to the conditions of offset wells, it is found that long time of mud loss control under pressure operation in long open hole of Permian formation affects the exploration progress. In this paper, a kind of imported high strength resin LCM is applied in Permian formation that is on top of salt formation. The application results show that this kind of LCM has the characteristics of high strength, non-reactivity, shape, size and sealing mechanism to resolve the problems of mud loss in Permian formation, which can make the stand pressure increasing sharply, and the LCM is stuck in the closed fractures.%已钻井统计表明,含二叠系的长裸眼穿盐井承压堵漏施工周期长,且易发生再次或多次漏失,制约了该区块的勘探开发速度.在盐上二叠系堵漏过程中尝试使用了一种进口高强度片状合成树脂堵漏材料,经过2口井的应用,初步认为该堵漏剂的高强度、惰性、形状尺寸、锲入机理能满足对部分区块二叠系易漏地层的有效持久封堵.对于含二叠系盐上承压堵漏第1次承压不能满足设计要求时,在二叠系补充部分含合成树脂堵漏剂堵漏浆,井口压力都明显上升,泄压后地层裂缝闭合,该堵漏剂牢固地被压持或卡在缝隙中,达到“封喉”的目的.该堵漏材料针对二叠系堵漏效果明显,无论从堵漏强度和持久性都满足盐下井施工.
