Objective: This manuscript performed comprehensive and systematic analysis and evaluation on management and use of antibiotics in Township Central Hospital of Jiujiang city, to develop interventions of rational use on antimicrobial agents, and further strengthen clinical application management to provide reference basis.Methods: Medical personnel in 11 home town center hospitals enter samples were collected. All peoples’knowledge and the policy of antimicrobial agents, purchase directory structure of antimicrobial agents, purchase amount accounted of antimicrobial agents, and rational use of antibacterial drugs are analyzed and evaluated.Conclusion: Management and rational use of antibiotics are gradually got to know in Township Central Hospital. The contents of antibacterial drugs are basically reasonable, but there are also many problems, such as: the use amount of accounting for antimicrobial agents is higher; usage rate is higher; irrational drug use rate is higher; selection of antimicrobial drugs is irregular. Basic medical institutions such as Township Central Hospital need to strengthen personnel construction, which focus on improving management of clinical application of antibiotics.%目的：全面系统地分析评价九江市辖区内乡镇中心卫生院抗菌药物的管理、使用等情况，以便为九江市区域内乡镇中心卫生院制定合理使用抗菌药物的干预措施，进一步加强临床应用管理提供参考依据。方法：对进入样本调研的11家乡镇中心卫生院医务人员对抗菌药物相关知识与政策的了解、抗菌药物采购目录构成、抗菌药物采购金额占比、抗菌药物的合理使用等进行分析评估。结论：乡镇中心卫生院抗菌药物的管理和合理使用在逐渐得到认识，抗菌药物目录基本合理，但也存在很多问题，抗菌药物使用金额占比，使用率，不合理用药率均较高、抗菌药物目录遴选不规范等，乡镇中心卫生院等基层医疗机构需加强人才建设，着力提高抗菌药物临床应用管理工作水平。
