资源识取对新创企业新产品开发优势的影响研究

         

摘要

Based on resource dependence theory and social network theory, the paper divides resources required for new ven⁃tures into complementary resources and similar status, and explores the impact of resource identification and acquisition on new product development advantages, and the moderating effect of technological dynamics and product modularity. The results show that complementary resources and similar status have a significant positive impact on new product development advantag⁃es. Technological dynamics positively moderates the relationship between similar status and new product development advan⁃tages, but no obvious moderating effect on the relationship between complementary resources and new product development ad⁃vantages. Product modularity positively moderates the relationship between complementary resources and new product develop⁃ment advantages, but no obvious moderating effect on the relationship between similar status and new product development ad⁃vantages. The conclusions not only enrich and develop the resource integration theory of new ventures, but also have an impor⁃tant theoretical guiding significance to develop new product development strategy of Chinese new ventures.%文章结合资源依赖理论和社会网络理论,通过将新创企业所需资源分为互补性资源和相似性地位,探索资源识取对新创企业新产品开发优势的影响,以及技术动态性和产品模块化的调节作用。研究结果表明,互补性资源和相似性地位均对新创企业新产品开发优势有显著的正向影响;技术动态性正向调节相似性地位和新创企业新产品开发优势之间的关系,但对互补性资源和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系的调节效应不明显;产品模块化正向调节互补性资源和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系,但对相似性地位和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系的调节效应不明显。研究结论不仅丰富和发展了新创企业资源整合理论,还对我国新创企业制定新产品开发战略具有重要的理论指导意义。
