Structural changes in the marine industry are an important impetus for the use of marine, while their impact on the marine ecological environment has undergone significant changes. Therefore, the study of the marine industrial structure evolu⁃tion and ecological environment effect is the key to that of the sustainable development, the relationship between people and the sea and regional response for the global change. This paper aims to explore the coupling mechanism between the marine in⁃dustrial structure evolution and the ecological environment system, construct the coupling element index between them, and re⁃veal, by obtaining evidence from Shandong province, the coupling coordination degree between them through employing the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model to make an empirical analysis. The study shows that the coupling coordination degree between the marine industrial structure and the marine ecological environment in Shandong prov⁃ince is tending to turn better, and gradually reflects regional coordination effect of the two systems.%海洋产业结构变化是海洋利用变化的重要驱动力，同时其对海洋生态环境的影响也发生了显著变化。因此，海洋产业结构演变与生态环境效应研究是可持续发展、人海关系及全球变化区域响应研究的主要内容，也是对海域利用变化研究的有益补充。文章试图探寻海洋产业结构演变与生态环境系统之间的耦合机理，构造产业结构与生态环境的耦合元素指标，并以山东省为例，运用耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型进行实证分析，揭示海洋产业结构与海洋生态环境之间的耦合协调状态。研究表明，山东省海洋产业结构与海洋生态环境之间的耦合协调度正趋于转好，逐步体现出两大系统的区域协调效应。
