近年来，安徽省服务外包产业发展迅速，但由于起步晚，各方面基础都还比较薄弱。文章综合运用SPSS因子分析法和熵值法，对长三角地区10个典型城市的服务外包产业综合竞争力进行比较分析，提出安徽省大力发展服务外包产业的四阶段路径，以期促进安徽省服务外包产业更快发展。%Service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly and remarkably in Anhui during recent years,however,its fun⁃damental constructions are relatively weak in all sectors since it started later.By utilizing the SPSS factor analysis and entropy method,this paper comparative studies on the comprehensive competitiveness of 10 representative cities in Yangtze Delta, and proposes a four-stage pathway for development of Anhui service outsourcing.
