The Heilongjiang province"eight economic zones"division to promote the rapid development of the regional economy ,in this context,occupation education also ushered in the opportunities and challenges. In order to promote economic development ,the province carried out fundamental reform to the occupation education,and made remarkable achievements. But there are still problems. Therefore, the depth of reform is devoted to the study of occupation education,on the basis of the advanced experience is presented in this paper can promote the sustainable development of the province occupation education reform measures,hoping to contribute to the development of oc-cupation education in the province.%黑龙江省“八大经济区”的划分促进了区域经济的飞速发展，在这种背景下，职业教育也迎来了机遇和挑战。为了适应、促进经济的区域发展该省对职业教育进行了大力度的改革，并取得了瞩目的成绩。但仍然还存在着问题。因此，致力于研究职业教育的深度改革，在借鉴德国先进经验的基础上提出了可以促进该省职业教育持续发展的改革措施，希望可以为该省的职业教育发展做出贡献。
