As a cradle for production socialization and industrialization,vocational education is designed to improve the qualification of modern labor force.Its development and the talent training mode must be adapted to the industrial structure in area ,especially to the demand of skilled talents in the employment structure formed by the pillar industry.Both the current development of vocational education and the development trend of professional towns in Zhongshan will be analyzed,on the basis of recent experience on innovative school running mode,talent training mode and deep school-industry-cooperation mode in provincial polytechnic schools and colleges ,to provide lessons for the seamless docking of vocational schools and professional towns and to serve local economy better and better.%职业教育是提高现代劳动者素质的教育，是生产社会化和工业化的摇篮。职业教育的发展和人才培养模式必须与当地的产业结构，特别是支柱产业所形成的就业结构对技能型人才的需求相适应。通过研究中山市职业教育发展现状和专业镇发展趋势，结合近几年省内外职业院校创新办学模式、创新人才培养及校企深度合作的经验，为中山职业教育与其专业镇产业发展的无缝对接提供“中山经验”，确保中山的职业教育更好地为当地经济发展服务。
