现有民办学校举办者合法权益的保障,事关民办教育分类管理改革的平稳过渡、加快推进和转型发展,是国家《民办教育促进法实施条例》修改的重要内容.本文结合《<民办教育促进法实施条例>征求意见稿》有关举办者权益保护的条款,提出进一步完善的思路、方案和实现路径.%The protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the existing private school organizers is related to the smooth transition, accelerating advancement and transitional development of the reform of classified management of private education, which is an important part of the revision of the Implementation Regulations of the Private Education Promotion Law. This paper combines the provisions of the Policy for the Implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law which relate to the protection of the rights and interests of the organizers, and then proposing further improvement ideas, plans, and implementation paths.
