This article selects a portion of Beijing Science and Engineering University as the research object to investigate and analyze col- lege students＇ humanistic quality education status. It points out that strengthening humanistic quality education is very important. Beijing Science and Engineering University should rely on its geographical advantage with local characteristics to construct its own humanistic quality education system with distinctive features.%文章选取部分北京市理工科高校为研究对象，具体调查分析了大学生人文素质教育状况，由此指出加强其人文素质教育迫切而重要。北京市理工科高校应依托北京地域优势与地方特色，立足本校的国家（北京市）大学生文化素质教育基地或相关部门，全力构建具有本校特色的人文素质教育体系，即和谐的思想体系、分层次的课程体系、高素质的教师体系、丰富的校园文化体系、美好的校园环境体系。
