“双一流”高校研究生秘书管理工作创新探讨

         

摘要

随着“双一流”建设高校研究生规模的日益增长,培养质量的要求不断提高,研究生教育的日常管理工作亟待加强。研究生秘书是高校研究生管理的关键岗位,本文通过深入分析当前研究生秘书管理工作中存在队伍建设不到位、工作负担重、管理模式落后导致管理能力不足、缺乏定期学习培训机制问题,从如何完善选拔研究生秘书管理人员的基本要求、增强优化研究生秘书队伍、推动研究生秘书管理信息化建设三个方面提出政策建议,提高研究生秘书的工作效率,服务好研究生培养质量的提升。 With the increasing scale of postgraduate students in “Double First-Class” universities and the increasing requirements for training quality, the daily management of postgraduate education needs to be strengthened urgently. The postgraduate secretary is a key position in the management of postgraduate students in colleges and universities. In this paper, through indepth analysis of the current postgraduate secretarial management work, there are problems such as insufficient team building, heavy workload, backward management model, insufficient management ability, and lack of regular learning and training mechanism. This paper puts forward policy suggestions from three aspects: how to improve the basic requirements for the selection of postgraduate secretary managers, strengthen and optimize the postgraduate secretary team, and promote the construction of postgraduate secretary management informatization, so as to improve the work efficiency of post-graduate secretaries and serve the improvement of postgraduate training quality.
