1450mm冷连轧机双活套及轧机入口张力控制系统

         

摘要

冷连轧机轧制过程中,张力控制的稳定性对于成品带钢的品质起着至关重要的作用.在间接和直接张力控制原理的基础上设计1450 mm冷连轧机双活套及轧机入口张力控制系统.两活套同时运行时,双活套的控制既需要保证各活套中带钢张力控制的相对稳定性又要满足上、下层活套间的套量同步.两活套同时工作时,由于各活套内张力根据两活套间套量差进行调整,以致活套内带钢的张力是相对变化的,与轧机入口张力的稳定性相互矛盾.就此问题,提出双活套张力、位置及轧机入口张力控制系统.实践证明此控制系统具有较好的控制效果,满足了工艺上的要求.%In the process of cold rolling, the stability controlled by the tension plays a vital role in the quality of the product. The design of the mill entry and double looper tension control system was given which used in 1 450 mm tandem cold mill based on the principle of indirect and direct tension control. When double looper run at the same time, their tension control is required to ensure the relative stability of the strip tension and the synchronization of the position between the double looper. And tension adjusts between the double looper when the positions are different. So that the changes of tension conflict with the mill entry tension stability. Double looper tension ,position and mill entry tension control system were proposed to solve this problem. Practice has proved that the control system has good control effection and satisfies the production demands.
