电机绕线转子铁心表面无纬带的绑扎

         

摘要

For high power and high speed machines, when the slot wedge was replaced by the non-latitude belt without enough pre-tightening force on the rotor surface to fix the winding, the stretch and expansion forced by the centrifugal force would lead to the friction between the stator and rotor. The stress on the non-latitude belt hoop on the winding rotor surface was analyzed, the design and calculation of the pre-tightening force and strength of extension were discussed. It was shown that centrifugal force at highest rotor speed of winding inside the iron core should be less than or equal to the pre-tightening force when the non-latitude belt hoop was stuck to the rotor surface. At last the stretch performance of non-latitude belt hoop was tested by use of experimental tools composed of some simulation thrust poles, which verified the results of analysis and calculation.%对功率较大、转速较高的电机,当采用在转子铁心表面绑扎无纬带的方式来取代槽楔固定线圈时,若无纬带箍没有足够的预紧力,会在线圈离心力作用下拉伸、膨胀,并可导致定、转子相擦的事故.分析了电机绕线转子铁心表面无纬带箍的受力情况,讨论了无纬带箍预紧力和抗拉强度的设计计算,认为电机最高转速时铁心部位线圈的离心力应小于等于无纬带箍紧贴转子铁心表面时的预紧力.采用了由多个模拟推力极组成的试验工装对无纬带箍的延伸性能进行了试验,对分析、计算的结果进行了验证.
