Setting principle of siphon well in power plant with once-through cooling water system combined seawater flue gas desulfurization system is studied through steady hydraulic calculation, transient calculation and analysis with an engineering example. The siphon weir is suggested to be cancelled; and to design the siphon well as a surge tank is recommended to avoid water hammer accidents in the system.%本文结合工程实例，通过稳态、瞬态计算和分析，探讨了采用海水脱硫的电厂直流供水系统虹吸井的设置原则。提出了取消虹吸井堰，优化虹吸井布置，按调压井进行虹吸井设计以避免系统发生水锤事故的设计原则。
