吸收塔浆液再分布装置在WFGD升级改造中的应用

         

摘要

介绍了吸收塔浆液再分布装置(Absorber Liquid Redistribution Devices ,ALRDs)结构、原理和性能,揭示了ALRDs装置能消除吸收塔塔壁SO2"逃逸"现象,改善塔壁的气液接触,强化脱硫过程的传质,提高已建WFGD吸收塔的脱硫效率或者降低新建WFGD吸收塔所需要的液气比.重点介绍了ALRDs在B.L.England电厂2号机湿法FGD升级改造中的应用,经测试,安装两级ALRDs装置后,脱硫效率从93%提升到了97%.工程应用表明,ALRDs装置能提高已建WFGD装置的脱硫效率,比较适合WFGD超低排放行动计划中的脱硫性能升级改造.%The structure, theory and performance of Absorber Liquid Redistribution Devices (ALRDs) are described.It is revealed that ALRDs can mitigate the phenomena known as "sneakage" of SO2 along the absorber wall, improve the gas-liquid contact and enhance the mass transfer between the gas and liquid and so can increase the SO2 removal efficiency for the existed WFGD absorbers or reduce the Liquid-to-Gas ratio for the new-built WFGD absorbers.And the application of MET ALRDs in Wet FGD performance upgrade at B.L.England Unit 2 is emphatically presented and the test results show that the SO2 removal efficiency increases from 93% to 97% after the installation of two levels of MET ALRDs.The upgrade application shows that MET ALRDs can significantly increase the SO2 removal efficiency for the existed WFGD absorbers and also shows that MET ALRDs are more suitable for the performance upgrade in the Ultra-low-emission Action Plant.
