干排渣对锅炉热效率影响与优化

         

摘要

按某630MW机组为例,从热损角度定量对比了零溢流湿排渣和鳞斗干排渣系统对锅炉热效率的影响;干排渣实际排烟温度升高2.5℃,锅炉热效率仍提高0.205%;底渣量在5~22t/h之间,对应排烟温升不大于6~10℃时,可提高锅炉热效率.建议采用量化控风,不开启辅风门或进行风门结构优化形成穿透换热.%For one 630MW unit, by quantitative comparision the heat loss of the zero overflow wet & Dunocon dry system, the effects of two different systems on boiler thermal efficiency were obtained.The results showed that: for Dunocon dry bottom ash system, the boiler thermal efficiency was still increased by 0.205% when flue gas temperature was increased by 2.5℃;when the system output was between 5~22t/h, the flue gas temperature was accordingly increased by 6~10℃ below, then the boiler thermal efficiency could be improved.So quantitative control airflow was recommended, the auxiliary air valves should be closed or its structure was optimized for through heat transfer.
