振动监测技术在风电机组齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用

         

摘要

A vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for gearbox in wind power unit was introduced. The system consists of remote monitoring diagnosis center, self-monitoring system, and wind power field concentrated monitoring diagnosis system. Self-monitoring system can sample the monitoring data of every part in transmission system and can transfer the data to wind power field concentrated monitoring diagnosis system. The wind power field concentrated monitoring diagnosis system can save, display and analyze data, also can transfer the data to remote monitoring diagnosis center through internet. Then remote monitoring analysis and fine fault diagnosis of equipments in wind power field were realized. The comparison analysis on the vibration signal of gearbox in two same type wind power units was gained. The results show that the abnormal condition of the unit can be confirmed and the safe and reliable operation of wind power unit can be guaranteed.%研发了针对风力发电机组传动齿轮箱的振动监测与故障诊断系统.该系统主要由本机监测系统、风电场集中临测诊断系统、远程监测诊断中心3层结构组成.本机监测系统完成机组传动系统各部件的状态监测数据的采集,并将数据传输到风电场集中监测诊断系统.风电场集中监测诊断系统主要进行数据存储、显示和分析诊断,并将数据通过互联网传输到远程监测诊断中心,实现风电场设备群的远程监控分析和精细故障诊断.给出该系统的应用实例,通过对比分析2台相同型号风电机组的齿轮箱振动信号,实现对出现异常状态机组的判断,保障风电机组设备的安全可靠运行.
