某电厂仪用压缩空气带水原因分析及对策

         

摘要

The inatrumenl compressed air with water was serious in a power plant, which affects the operation and effect of desulphurization equipment directly. The main reasons are analyzed, including the overproof liquid water content in the compressed air. poor drainage of oil-waler separator and oil filler, blockage of floating-ball automatic drainer, high exhaust temperature of air compressor and unreasonable-set operation of dryer. Therefore, the corresponding measures for improvement are adopted. 1) The gasholder is shifted forward. 2) The dryer is reset with the drying agent changed from activated alumina to mixed activated alumina and molecular sieve. 3) The ventilation is improved for the air compressor room. 4) An electronic automatic drainer is added. After retrofit, the dew point temperature of the compressed air is decreased from -3℃ to -35℃ and the amount of water in the compressed air is reduced by about 93%.%某电厂脱硫系统仪用压缩空气带水严重,直接影响脱硫设备、仪表的运行和使用效果.分析其主要原因为:压缩空气中液态水含量超标,油水分离器和除油过滤器等疏水不畅,浮球式自动排水器堵塞,空气压缩机排气温度高,干燥器运行操作设置不合理等.为此,采取了一系列改进措施:(1)将储气罐后置改为前置;(2)调整干燥器运行设置,将干燥剂由活性氧化铝改为分子筛+活性氧化铝(混装);(3)改善空气压缩机房通风条件;(4)增加电子自动排水器等.改造后效果明显,压缩空气露点温度由原来的-3℃降至-35℃,压缩空气中水分减少约93%.
