柔性转子轴系平衡技术的发展

         

摘要

对国内50a来轴系平衡技术的发展作了全面的总结和分析,介绍了影响系数法和模态平衡法几十年来的研究历程和已取得的成果.应用这些成果平衡一般和较复杂的轴系不平衡.机组启停次数较20世纪90年代以前减少了50%~75%.还介绍了近10 a国内开展的远程操控的轴系平衡方法,已获得良好效果,这项技术有望在国内推广应用.目前国产机组出厂后需现场轴系平衡的比例显著高于进口机组,实践证明,减少新机投产时轴系平衡比例,不是采用高速平衡所能达到的,而是需要合理的平衡工艺,为此提出了单个柔性转子合理平衡的有效途径.查明了长期以来导致系数法平衡重力计算结果产生过大偏差的机理,提出的柔性转子轴系平衡4项关键技术和对影响系数平衡方法实质的分析,有助于大机组轴系平衡技术的提高.%A comprehensive summary and analysis on the development of balance shaft technology in domestic in 50 years were made. The influence coefficient method and modal balancing method of the tortuous course in several decades and the achievement were introduced. The application showed that a general and more complex shaft imbalance can be balanced and the frequency of starts and stops was reduced 50% to 75% than that in 90th of last century. The shaft vibration balance method of remote control designed by the domestic first-class experts was introduced, and these methods have achieved very good results. This technology is expected to promote the use of domestic. The locale shaft balance ratio of the domestic turbine generator after the factory-made currently was significantly higher than the import ones. To reduce this ratio, a large number of practices proved that the high-speed balance is not necessarily effective. The effective way of balancing single flexible rotor reasonably was presented. The mechanism of large deviations of the influence coefficient method for balancing the weight was found out. The four key technologies of the flexible rotor shaft balancing were proposed and the essence of influence coefficient method was analyzed, which is helpful to balance shaft technology for large units in the development and improvement.
