三峡右岸电站励磁调节器检测分析

         

摘要

Based on real time digital simulation (RTDS), a laboratory environment similar to the real operation situation in the ThreeGorges power plant (TGPP) was established. Then, the causes of the power fluctuation of the second generator by errors of rotor rotatingspeed calculation were found, and the tuning method of the speed related parameters were given. Damping and anti-tune characteristics of PSSs inthe digital automatic voltage regulator (AVR) were compared and investigated in the frequency range of 0.18-1.10 Hz. The efficiency of theproposed tuning method for ensuring power system stability were verified by RTDS. Field tests show the correctness of the laboratory testresults.%基于RTDS(实时数字仿真)软件建立与三峡电厂机组接近的实验室测试环境,分析查找出三峡右二电站机组功率波动的起因,即西门子励磁调节器与PSS(电力系统稳定器)系统集成软件中用于计算发电机转子转速的一个内部参数整定错误,并提出了相应的整定措施.通过对西门子励磁调节器(AVR)2种PSS模型在0.18~1.10 Hz频率范围内阻尼特性的对比以及反调特性的检查,验证了该参数设置为负的发电机交轴电抗方案可以保证在仿真试验工况下系统稳定运行.现场的测试试验验证了实验室测试结论的正确性.
