基于TRIZ理论压缩泵体与电机分离的旋转式压缩机的创新研究

         

摘要

This paper presented a creative study for rotary compressor whose compression pump was separated from motor based on TRIZ theory and introduced the disadvantages of rolling piston type compressor when being used in special refrigerants like R290 and R32 etc.Then we analyzed problems through the TRIZ theory and found out some methods and related creative principles to over come them.Finally,a new technical design which may meet the requirements for special refrigerants application to air conditioner and heat pump water heater was suggested.%本文主要介绍一种基于TRIZ理论下压缩泵体与电机分离的旋转式压缩机的创新研究,介绍现有滚动转子式压缩机针对R290、R32等特殊冷媒应用上存在的不足点,针对存在的问题通过TRIZ创新方法进行问题的分析,找出克服问题的手段及相关联的创新原理进行解决问题的过程,最终发明了一种新的技术方案,更好满足特殊冷媒在空调和热泵热水器上的应用.
