表面等离子体激元共振的场增强理论研究

         

摘要

构建了一种绝缘体-金属-绝缘体的表面等离子体激元的产生界面,根据麦克斯韦方程组及边界条件,分析了金属表面的色散特性,同时利用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法分别模拟了Bow-tie纳米结构和矩形纳米结构在单光源辐射下的场增强效应,以及双Bow-tie纳米结构分别在单、双光源辐照下的场增强效果,通过对比分析模拟结果可发现,在等离子体激元共振的场增强中电荷的尖端效应发挥着重要作用,而且场增强幅度与纳米结构之间的距离有关,只有当纳米结构之间的距离合适时,才能使其获得最大场增强效应。%A type of insulator-metal-insulator surface plasma polariton interface is proposed. According to Maxwell equations and boundary conditions, the dispersion characteristics of metal surface are analyzed. Finite-dif⁃ference-time-domain (FDTD) method is used to simulate the field enhancement effect of Bow-tie and rectangular na⁃no-structure under a single light source radiation and the field enhancement effects of double Bow-tie nano-struc⁃ture under single and double light sources radiation respectively. Comparing and analyzing the simulation results show that the point effect plays an important role in the field enhancement effect of plasma polariton, and the field enhancement effect is associated with the distance between the nano-structures. Only when the distance between the nanostructures is right, the maximum field enhancement can be obtained.
