采用电火花线切割工艺加工ZrB2基超高温陶瓷,分析了其微观组织变化,研究了不同表面粗糙度对材料抗弯强度和断裂韧性的影响规律,为陶瓷材料的工程化应用奠定了技术基础。%ZrB2 based ultra high temperature ceramics are processed by the WEDM process ,and the microstructure changes are analyzed.
