A new method is put forward to solve the problem of modifying device configuration file frequently due to the complexity of application in the machine vision industry,which can configure user interface using the XML file. Using this method, developers only need to modify the XML text file following the corresponding specification, and then the XML parser will regenerate the user operation interface based on the XML file automatically for the user. The whole system will have stronger expansibility, easier secondary development, stronger compatibility, and it is easy to convenient maintenance and upgrade program.%针对机器视觉行业中由于应用情况复杂而导致的需要频繁修改设备配置的问题，提出了一种使用XML文件配置用户界面接口的方法。使用这种方法，开发者只需要按照相应规范简单地修改XML文本文件，JAI Control内置的XML解析器会根据XML文件自动重新生成用户操作界面供用户使用。这种设计思路使整个系统扩展性强、二次开发简单、兼容性强，程序维护和升级也会更加方便。
