随着紫外LED照射器在工业中的应用,普通的人机交互模块已经无法满足复杂的工业需求,介绍了一种人际交互模块在紫外LED照射器中的应用设计,在硬件上利用Blackfin531的PPI接口,并且基于VisualDSP++5.0开发环境实现了PPI驱动设计。并且使用VisualDSP++KemeI(VDK)实现静态配置状态显示和动态工作模式显示两种用户图形界面。实验表明。该设计能满足紫外LED照射器的多用途解决方案。%With the application of Ultraviolet LED irradiator in industry, ordinary GUI can not meet the demand of complex industrial environment. The implementation of GUI in UV-LED was introduced. The PPI drive design was designed based on the hardware of PPI interface on Blackfin531, and Visual DSP++ 5.0 development environment. There are two different modes of GUI was realized to meet static configuration and dynamic state work modes, The experiment was showed that this design could satisfy the UV-led in multi-purpose solutions.
