气体腰轮流量计腰轮转子曲面模型研究

         

摘要

气体腰轮流量计在城市燃气贸易计量应用技术日趋成熟,为准确计量,腰轮流量计一对腰轮转子之间、腰轮转子与壳体之间的间隙有严格的保证,既保证转子转动时不会有接触,又可保证转子之间、转子与壳体之间的间隙的泄漏量不影响流量计的计量准确性。本文提出一种以渐开线方程为主的拟合曲面模型,通过实际加工及试验证明模型的正确性和具备产业化条件。%The gas rotary flowmeters' application technology is more mature in the city gas measurement. for accurate measurement, we must ensure the space between the double rotators, and between the rotators and shell. Not only ensure won't have any contact with the rotator rotation, but also guaranteeing between the double rotators and clearance between rotators and shell leakage does not affect the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. This paper presents a fitting surface model is given priority to with involute equation, through the actual processing and experiment prove the correctness of the model and meet the standard of industrialization.
