国电霍州2×600MW超临界机组协调控制系统分析与优化

         

摘要

The coordinated control system composition and characteristics of the Guo Dian HuoZhou power plant 2×600 MW with supercritical unit are analyzed. During the unit commissioning, the coordinated control system is adjusted and optimized based on the problems, And optimization of the circuit mainly include the boiler master control, variable parameter adjustment, pressure to pull back road, boiler feed and water pressure setting circuit. The optimized unit in the period of 300 MW to 600 MW load has good load adaptability, especially main parameters of the unit are of good quality, And safety and economic performance is the reliably guaranteed.%对国电霍州电厂2×600MW 超临界机组协调控制系统的构成、特点等进行了分析。在机组试运行期间,依据发现的问题对此协调控制系统进行了整定和优化,优化的回路主要有锅炉主控及增加变参数调节、压力拉回回路、锅炉加速回路以及给水设定回路。优化后机组在300MW-600MW负荷段具有优良的负荷适应性,机组主要参数调节品质优良,安全和经济性能得到了可靠保证。
