Objective To investigate the pregnancy reproductive health education and health promotion for the clinical curative effect of maternal pregnancy complications. Methods Collecting 100 cases of pregnant women, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group using conventional nursing methods on maternal maternal care, observation group on maternal maternal care during pregnancy on maternal reproductive health in the process of education as well as to the maternal health promotion intervention. Results Two groups of maternal after treatment were improved, but the satisfaction rate of 98%of maternal observation group was obviously better than control group maternal satisfaction rate of 80%. Conclusion In the process of care of women during pregnancy, through to the maternal reproductive health education and health promotion intervention approach can better help maternal care during pregnancy and childbirth, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.%目的：探讨孕期生殖健康教育以及健康促进对于妊娠并发症孕妇的临床疗效。方法选收集100例孕妇，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组孕妇使用常规护理方法对其进行护理，观察组孕妇在对其进行护理的过程中对孕妇进行孕期的生殖健康教育以及对孕妇进行健康促进干预。结果两组孕妇在经过治疗后均有所好转，但观察组孕妇的满意率98%明显优于对照组孕妇的满意率80%。结论在对妊娠期孕妇进行护理的过程中，通过对孕妇进行生殖健康教育以及健康促进干预的方式能够更好地帮助孕妇进行孕期的护理以及分娩，减少并发症发生率，在临床上值得推广应用。
