介绍了替代卫浴锌合金件氰化碱铜预镀和焦磷酸盐加厚镀铜的无氰碱铜新工艺,经历6个月的工业中试,剥离试验、干湿冷热循环试验、锉刀试验、铜加速乙酸盐雾(CASS)试验、乙酸盐雾(AASS)试验、二氧化硫试验、清洁剂长期浸泡试验均全部合格.正式投产一年多的生产应用表明:该工艺的镀层结合力良好,镀液性能稳定,分散能力和覆盖能力优于氰化镀铜,同时具有焦磷酸盐镀铜层的半光亮、结晶细致、孔隙率低的特点.%A novel process of non-cyanide alkaline copper electroplating,as an alternative to the traditional process of cyanide copper pre-plating plus pyrophosphate copper plating for thickening,for zinc alloy castings used in sanitary products was introduced.In a 6-month pilot-scale production,the results of peeling test,dry-wet thermal cycling test,file test,copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray (CASS) test,acetic acid salt spray (AASS) test,sulfur dioxide test,and long-term detergent immersion test are all acceptable.It is shown by the full-scale production for more than one year that the novel process features good coating adhesion,stable bath performance,superior throwing and covering power to cyaniding copper plating,and produces copper coatings with semi-brightness,fine crystallization and low porosity as those obtained by pyrophosphate copper electroplating.
