The coating quality problems existing in production were analyzed, including film blushing, local stress-induced wrinkling, orange peel, UV film sticking, etc. The countermeasures were presented. The process achieves a batch flow-line operation for coating mobile phone crusts with a daily yield up to 60 000 pieces and a comprehensive percentage of good-quality products up to 96%.
