旋挖钻机的外形尺寸和整机质量都大大超过了已有的工程机械涂装线各室体的尺寸以及整机涂装线的承载质量,而且产量有限.在原有涂装生产线的基础上,探讨了旋挖钻机的涂装方案:零部件采用面漆后装配,整机装配后局部找补.设计了各类零件的涂装工艺及整机的修补方案,指出了注意事项.%The external size and overall weight of rotary drilling rig are much larger than that of all room capability and bearing weight of the original engineering machine coating line, and the yield of rotary drilling rig is small. The scheme for coating rotary drilling rig was discussed based on the original coating production line and determined as follows: the parts are assembled after topcoating, and local repairing is carried out after overall assembly. The coating processes for various parts and overall repairing scheme were designed. Some items needing attention were pointed out.
