采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出以三氧化二铁-二氧化硅为镀层的彩色吸热玻璃。研究了浸涂液中硝酸铁和水的含量，提升速度、升温速度对成膜效果的影响。优选出最佳工艺。采用该工艺可获得均匀、致密、牢固的彩色膜。%Colord endothermic coating was prepared on glass by sol-gelmethod which composed of ferric oxide and silicon dioxide. Preparation of the dipping solution was described. The effect of ferric nitrate and water content, pulling and temperature rising speed on film-formation results was studied. Formula and operating parameters of the process were optimized, with results show that uniform, compact, and adhesive colored coating can be obtained.
