本文基于我国陆地国土空间的生态环境脆弱度差异与我国主要水电基地分布进行空间拟合,在整个国土空间范围上判别我国主要水电基地生态约束度与所处生态环境脆弱程度,揭示不同水电基地相关生态环境因子约束类型,明确我国水电开发生态文明建设总体思路,提出针对不同类型水电基地生态约束类型的绿色发展措施以及调控对策.%This study is based on the spatial fitting by ecological environment fragility differentiation of China's land territory space and its major hydropower base area that determine the environmental vulnerability of major hydropower bases throughout the territory spatial extent of China, which reveals the different types of environmental constraint factors that related to hydropower bases. In the conclusion, we propose green development measures and future regulatory policy for different ecological constraint types of hydropower bases, and make a clear idea of the construction of ecological civilization in China's hydropower development.
