我国将于2017年启动全国碳排放权交易市场，目前各项准备工作正在紧锣密鼓地进行中。国家碳交易注册登记系统是碳排放交易体系中的核心支撑系统。本文分析了碳交易注册登记系统的主要功能和作用，结合我国国家碳交易注册登记系统的建设情况，对建立我国碳交易注册登记系统管理体系提出了相关建议。%China will launch its national ETS in 2017, and at present several preparation tasks are being implemented.
