竖罐式红土镍矿还原炉热过程研究

     

摘要

对竖罐式红土矿还原炉进行热过程分析,针对炉膛燃烧空间及罐内球团还原空间,采用fluent借助非预混燃烧模型、 P1辐射模型、 RNG湍流模型及柱坐标下传热方程有限差分方法分别进行模拟计算。提出采用320 mm直径套管式还原罐取代普通300 mm还原罐,得到新型工艺及设备球团熔炼过程温度分布情况。%Focus on the thermal process analysis of vertical tank furnace for laterite reduction , facing the furnace combustion space and tank pellet reduction space , through fluent using the pre -mixed combustion model , P1radiation model , RNG turbulence model and finite difference method under the cylindrical coordinate heat transfer equations for simulating and calculating .Reduction tank with 320 mm diameter replaced ordinary 300 mm reduction tank .The temperature distribution of pellet melt-ing process under the new process and equipment was obtained .
