竖罐式红土镍矿还原炉研发设计

         

摘要

Abstratc As the decrease of the nickel sulfide ore, nickel laterite ore has gradually become the main raw materials to produce nickel.Aiming at the shortcoming of the original process when dealing with the low nickel content laterite nickel ore,based on the Da Jiangshan nickel smelting process and mag -nesium smelting process,raised the process that a vertical tank laterite nickel ore roast and reduce di -rectly.The reduction furnace was arranged eight reduction tank , it deals with 1.6t pellets in a cycle, uses regenerative combustion technology and implements feeding and discharge Intermittently .This process has the advantages of simple equipment, short process,low pollution, high automation and low energy consumption .%随着硫化镍矿消耗殆尽,红土矿逐渐成为镍生产的主要原材料,针对原工艺处理低镍含量红土矿的不足,结合大江山炼镍工艺与炼镁工艺,提出一种竖罐式红土镍矿直接焙烧还原工艺。还原炉布置8个还原罐,周期处理球团量1.6t,采用蓄热燃烧技术,间断实现上、出料。该工艺设备简单、流程短、污染小、自动化性高、能耗低。
