康斯迪电炉烟气除尘系统的改造

         

摘要

In view of the process characteristics of consteel electrical are furnace fume dedusting system that great fluctuation of fume flow and temperature, a large amount of dust, cohesiveness of dust, etc. Modified the original air cooling dedusting system, developed combined waste heat boiler to recover waste heat and stabilized system pressure by heat accumulator technique to produce superheated steam for steel production process, at the same time, dedusting fan load reduced greatly by decreased air mixing amount of dedusting system and reduced resistance of fume, and according to fume temperature variation during steelmaking process, frequency control two main motors by added high pressure converter to cause electrical arc furnace to be more highly effective, economic and environmental production.%针对康斯迪电炉炼钢烟气除尘系统烟气流量和温度有较大的波动性,且含尘量大、烟尘具有粘结性等特点,对原有风冷除尘系统进行了改造,开发使用了组合式余热锅炉来回收烟气余热,并采用蓄热器技术稳定系统压力所产生的过热蒸汽用于炼钢工艺生产.同时除尘系统混风量减小、烟气阻力的降低使除尘风机负荷大大降低,增加高压变频器根据电炉冶炼过程烟气温度的变化,对两台主电机进行变频调速,使电炉除尘系统更高效、经济、环保.
